雲霧茶產自中國江西省九江市的廬山，始於漢朝，宋代列為「貢茶」。廬山雲霧茶以「條索粗壯、青翠多毫、湯色明亮、葉嫩勻齊、香凜持久，醇厚味甘」六絕聞名。由於受廬山涼爽多霧的氣候及日光直射時間短等條件影響，雲霧茶風味獨特，外形條索緊結重實，飽滿秀麗，香氣芬芳、高長、銳鮮，湯色綠而透明，滋味醇厚鮮爽甘甜。

Cloud Tea is a variety born in Han Dynasty on Mount Lu, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. It was listed as a tribute to the royal court in the Song Dynasty. Mount Lu Cloud Tea is known for six characteristics: thick leaves, green and hairy, impressive tenderness, bright brew, lingering aroma, and depth of flavour. Mount Lu’s cool, foggy climate and low sun exposure are all factors that give Cloud Tea its distinctive qualities. Other than its fullness in shape and fragrance, the brew is also remarkably sharp with a clear green shade.
