西湖龍井產於浙江省杭州市西湖龍井村周圍群山因而得名。西湖龍井分為13個等級，一茶軒的西湖龍井是採用特級的精品級別，採摘技術相當講究，必須早採，而且十分強調細嫩和完整，加上採用手工炒製，因此外形扁平光滑，色澤綠翠，嫩香中带清香，滋味較清鮮柔和，泡在杯中，芽葉色綠葉質肥嫩。
 
The name of West Lake Dragon Well comes from its origin, the mountainous village of Longjing close to the West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It can be categorised into 13 grades. One Teahouse sources the highest grade, which sets itself apart through a particular picking technique. The tea leaf buds must be harvested early, tender and intact notwithstanding. After that, the buds are fried by hand to achieve a flat, smooth shape and green tone. It has a refreshing smell and gentler aroma.
