「天下名茶數龍井，龍井上品在獅峰」龍井茶以獅峰為上品，且以「明前茶」為上乘珍品，為國宴級別之賀禮。一茶軒的明前獅峰龍井是採用清明之前採摘的嫩芽炒制的，制工極為講究，色澤嫩黃翠綠，香馥如蘭，湯色色澤略黃，素稱「糙米色」，滋味甘醇鮮爽，向有「色綠、香郁、味醇、形美」四絕之譽，更被譽為「龍井之巔」。
